So yeah,new OC...Quintinus "Quintin" Ashworth

1. Quintin,traumatized,unhealthy and scared,this guy has been a lot.He now lives in a middle of nowhere.The little amulet around his neck gave him electrical powers.The whole town thinks his dead or missing.He's not wearing a cape,that's his blanket,it's buttoned so he doesn't have to hold it.His eyes are really like that.

3. Past Quintin.A former T.U.F.F. agent and member of Team Katswell,he's a really good agent.He used to be all cheerful and jokes a lot,until he got kidnapped by a group who torture their victims(beating them up,freezing,rape,killing someone in front of them(in his case,they killed children)and more stuff like that),post it on the internet for views and money.After being trapped for months,he finally escaped and hid somewhere.He can't face the world again,then he found an amulet and that is how he ended up.

4. Him and John are good friends.They are high school friends.Quintin likes to joke around him and hangs out.

"Hey John,do you still remember me?I hope so,but part of me said that you're better off without me.Hey,I wonder how you're doing,and...and the town?Also,how's...the team?Does everyone thinks I'm gone?I really miss everything there,if only I can go back....but I can't...even show my self to you,how much more if I'm going to face the world?I really wish I can talk to you*sigh*I'm just talking to a picture,who am I kidding."
